My client, an avid gardener with 2 dogs, wanted not only a new laundry room , but also a "mud room" to wash off after long walks in the ravine. With a polished concrete floor, I wanted to add contrast with Ikea high gloss white cabinets, and a pop of colour- Ceasarstone "lime" countertops. A poured concrete basin creates the perfect "washing station" for muddy boots and paws, while the rest of the space is sleek, modern and functional.

Birch panel walls add warmth, and continue through to the lower level for continuity.

Wash station tiles have a "lego "pattern, and were sourced from Habitat For Humanity. Marine grade hose / Ikea accessories.
